Thanks to healzeal I regain my confidence! I was not sure how my mentor did it but she is fully trained and knows what she needs to be done. I am now on 4th week and with incredible changes with lifestyle!

Food always felt like this confusing thing for me I’d either obsess or avoid it but after talking with someone at HealZeal I finally feel more calm and in control around meals and that’s been such a relief
